East Suffolk Council are to stop green waste collections as of the 27th March so that they can concentrate resources and prioritise domestic and recycling collections

The Parish Council has received a notification from East Suffolk Council of a planning application number DC/20/1172/FUL , construction of 4 dwellings, 2 garages and associated vehicular accesses and driveways, land south of Low road, Hasketon. The return date is 7th April 2020. Click below for the link to East Suffolk Planning applications.


The PC is required to submit any recommendations before April 7th.
As a result of the current Coronavirus emergency advise the PC have resolved to delegate powers to the Clerk which means the PC is not required to hold meetings in the usual manner. The PC will still be able to make recommendations but members of the public will have to make any comments and/or observations in respect of this application to the Clerk by email or land mail (so there is a record) and if they wish also directly to East Suffolk Council.
Please submit any comments to the Clerk no later than 5th April 2020.

The Parish Council meets bi-monthly at 6.30 in the Victory Hall (Normally 2nd Thursday, Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov)
